Koenig & Bauer (US/CA) Adds Colin Lawson to Post-Press Team
New sales specialist represents innovative array of high-performance post press finishing solutions

To bolster customer relationships with its array of high-performance post press finishing solutions, Koenig & Bauer has named Colin Lawson as a post press sales specialist. In this new role, Lawson will be tasked to work with current and potential printing firms and folding carton manufacturers to learn about their post press needs, find efficient and cost-effective solutions, and position those firms for continued growth and expansion.

Lawson’s experience blends together day-to-day operations at a leading North Carolina folding carton manufacturer as a die cutting and finishing manager along with professional sales management at an international packaging firm and at a leading supplier of post press accessories equipment. Prior to joining Koenig & Bauer, Lawson’s management skills included collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs. His reputation includes enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Part of Lawson’s portfolio will be newly-added finishing systems and features from Koenig & Bauer focused on automation, efficiency, and expanded capabilities for packaging and label production. Key finishing innovations include flatbed die cutting solutions such as the popular Ipress series, Omega folder gluer series, as well as the CutPRO X 106 rotary die-cutter.
